Our team

In 2010, Bellina Construction Group was created to offer Melbourne homeowners a design-led alternative in residential construction. Our integrated approach to design and construction yields beautiful, yet practical, results for our clients. We offer excellent workmanship, an honest and straightforward work ethic, and value for money together with fabulous client service and a high-end result.

Adrian Bellina

Adrian is passionate about sustainable design and construction and is an accredited HIA Greensmart builder. With almost 20 years’ experience in the building industry, Adrian’s strength lies in his diversity of knowledge. Backed up by studies in Land Surveying, Building Design and Drafting, and Construction Management, as well as years of experience in townhouse development and project management, he leads his team with skill and confidence.

Stefanie Di Trocchio

Stefanie is committed to life-enhancing, functional design. With a background in corporate roles and studies in interior design, Stefanie partners with our clients in their decision-making process, including educating them on materials and finishes, and helping them to make the design choices that best meet their needs. With over 15 years of professional success in diverse fields, Stefanie’s is committed to streamlining our business processes to ensure clients have a stress-free and enjoyable experience. She keeps the lines of client communication open and demystifies construction and architectural jargon.
